Isn’t it funny how you keep coming back to the familiar for inspiration, those first discovered items of beauty, objects or body of work, such as photography? I’ve decided to revive a feature that was part of my former blog. I had named it “Poetic Photography” and the photographs chosen to launch anew here are from Gemma Comas. These images have always struck me as beautiful, not only for the images themselves, taken in Paris (no less), but for this photographer’s first introduction to me of blurred images. I have an obsession with that technique, which I try to dabble in from time to time (see here, here, here & here).
